Dr. Kirsten Hill, DC founded Dance With Life Chiropractic Family Wellness Center in 2004 with the goal of helping people rediscover health, well-being and a zest for life. Dr. Hill’s path as a Doctor of Chiropractic began in 1990, when she discovered and fell in love with the chiropractic message that the body is self-healing, while working in a chiropractor’s office in Dallas, Texas. Today, Dr. Hill dedicates her 20 years of professional health experience to improve the lives of business professionals, students, seniors and families. Dr. Hill has advanced training in resolving pain and injuries, pediatric chiropractic, pre-natal care and wellness practices. Her gentle approach to hands-on care facilitates deep transformation in the lives of people of all ages.
Dr. Hill has dedicated her life to chiropractic and to serving the well-being of the residents of the Sunset District and the city of San Francisco. A leader in the Professional Alliance Chapter of Business Networking International, Dr. Hill also contributes to her community by offering wellness talks here at the center, participating in various local events like the Farmer’s Market, and through membership in groups such as the Inner Sunset Merchants Association.
With a B.A. from the University of Texas and a Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Life Chiropractic College West, Dr. Hill continues to enrich her knowledge of health. In her free time, Dr. Hill adores spending time with her daughter Yasmine, walking in Golden Gate Park, traveling and dancing.
Enrico Ruggeri, Licensed Massage Therapist
Even before receiving his B.A. degree in kinesiology (with an emphasis in pre-physical therapy) from S.F. State University, Enrico had become interested in massage as an effective healing modality to alleviate pain and stress. After studying massage techniques for several years, he began his practice as a professional massage therapist in 1998. Enrico’s comprehensive massage training (1000+ hours) and experience range from clinical work with doctors in a hospital setting to exotic spa treatments to managing massage teams at major sports events. Enrico is currently on the staff of McKinnon Body Therapy Center, where he teaches classes in Sports Massage and Deep Tissue Massage.
Through his training at the San Francisco School of Massage and his 20 years of experience, Enrico has developed a massage style he calls “The Ruggeri Method,” which incorporates guided meditation with breathwork, to assist the client in reaching a deep state of relaxation. This approach has proven to be a powerful modality for reducing muscle and joint pain, stress and tension, while helping clients reclaim their energy, stamina and vitality.
DWLC is thrilled to have a massage therapist of Enrico’s high caliber on our team.
